Once commission is agreed upon timestamps and assets are to be sent over. (VOD scrubbing will be billed at $15/hr)

An open and free line of communications is required.

Lack of communication will result in project being sidelined without refund.

Updates will be given when the commission is started and throughout the process.

Proper credit should be given to me, preferably linking my twitter and/or website.

I reserve the right to use the completed work in my portfolio and/or reels.

Up to 3 minor revisions are included.

Major revisions will be mutually agreed upon with additional cost and adjustment to the deadline as needed.

Mistakes or errors on my end are not considered in the revision count.

A half payment must be processed prior to the start of the project.

Payment can be invoiced through Paypal, credit/debit card or ACH.

Once the project is complete there are no refunds.

Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis, however any processing fees cannot be refunded nor reimbursed.

Any actions, including but not limited to processing a chargeback or filing a dispute to bypass this policy is considered a violation of the terms of service.
